Consumer Directed Services (CDS)
Consumer Directed Services, or CDS, is a Medicaid-funded program enabling physically disabled individuals to continue to live independently within their own homes rather than going to a nursing facility. The program pays families to care for their loved ones in the comfort of their own homes.
Insurance Eligibility
